Placing an order

How do I place an order?

Simply order directly from our online shop.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I amend or cancel my order after I placed it?

As we aim to ship all orders as fast as possible, regrettably we are unable to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. Do contact us if needed though and we will do our best to help.

How do I know what size to choose?

Simply refer to our Grown-ups and Kids size guide, there are two sizes for kids and two sizes for adults, so easy peasy! You can also just look at the Australian size of your Blundstone® boots.


How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days using standard postal service, excluding holidays and weekends.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed for shipment. Once shipped, please allow 2-21 days, depending on your location, though we will aim to get your order over to you before that!

Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment we ship to Europe and North America. if you are based elsewhere please drop us a line and let us know so we can try and help!

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping  is free when you order 2 Funstonze or more:) Otherwise there's a flat shipping and handling rate of USD$5.

Does shipping include taxes and duties?

All orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient. Funstonze will not be held responsible for any costs relating to taxes & duties unless otherwise stated.

How can I track my order?

We currently don't offer tracked shipping. 

What if something goes wrong?

If you have not received your order within 10 business days please get in touch

Please also let us know about any other issues and we’ll do everything we can to get it sorted.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we currently don’t offer refunds or returns. However, we do have our “Happy Recycling” policy, so you may return your old pair of Funstonze as we launch our new collection and get 50% off one new pair! Please  contact us for more details.

What boots are Funstonze for?

Right now, Funstonze are designed to perfectly fit Blundstone® classic boots series. However, they'd clip on beautifully on any type of boot really.

Where are Funstonze made?

Funstonze products are happily made in PRC.

How should I wash and take care of my Funstonze?

Please wash by hand with warm water and soap and allow to dry in a shaded place, or gently clean with wipes.

I have a special order! I need Funstonze for my graduation, hen do, birthday, what can I do?

Please contact us with the details as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to see what we can do!

What about bulk orders?

Are you looking to place an order of 100 units or more as a company gift, or for a special event? Please contact us at including the information below:

  • Business name, VAT-number, full invoice address - where available
  • Country
  • Contact details (e.g., your first and last name, telephone number, and email address)
  • Purpose of bulk order (event giveaways, holiday gift, etc)
